Our service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Since VirtueFocus does not require an account and stores your personal data locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access & Export: Export all your data anytime from the App (CSV/JSON formats)
• Delete: Delete all data directly from the App settings
• Opt Out of Ads: Disable personalized ads through your device settings or purchase the ad-free version

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete upon request.

9. Security of Your Information

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App before changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Children's Privacy

VirtueFocus is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
